PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication device where an electric characteristic is stable regardless of an opening/closing operation by a hinge part. SOLUTION: A portable communication device has a conductive first case body 1, a conductive second case body 2 and a hinge part 3 which mechanically and electrically connects the first case body and the second case body. A first substrate 6 which is electrically connected to the first case body is installed in the firsts case body. A second substrate 7 which is electrically connected to the second case body is installed in the second case body.
