PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit that has a wide temperature compensation region with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The temperature compensation circuit is provided with a thermosensitive section 11 where thermosensitive devices TM1, TM2 with different temperature characteristics are connected in series, with a resistor 12 connected in series with the thermosensitive section, and with a voltage conversion circuit 13 that converts a voltage level at a connection midpoint of thermosensitive section and the resistor connected between two points of different levels into an optimum level, and the temperature compensation circuit compensates the temperature of a circuit to be compensated with an output voltage that has nearly a constant rate of change with respect to temperature over a wide temperature region.
