SOLUTION: The organization and the travel speed of an unmanned carrier 26 in a work process and tact time in the work process are set while an operation condition which is set is recognized by using a touch panel 24c provided for a centralized management board 24 which centralizedly operation-controls the unmanned carrier 26. The operation condition of the unmanned carrier 26 in the work process is easily set/changed without changing the ladder program of a programmable controller 24b provided for the centralized management board 24.
