PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device which can display information to persons, who exist around an information display device, with a strong impact. SOLUTION: The information display device is provided with a picture display means which displays a prescribed picture, a person detection means which detects a person, and a sound generation means which generates a sound related to the picture in the case that the person detection means has detected any person.
