PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the microcomputer of the control device of a microcomputer from malfunctioning when a thunder surge voltage is applied to the air- conditioner. SOLUTION: In a control device 6A with a power supply circuit for creating a DC power supply by rectifying a commercial AC power supply by a diode bridge 30 and a capacitor 31 for creating a DC power supply and for supplying the DC power supply to a switching transformer 32 and a microcomputer 35, a capacitor 52 is provided between a minus side 30a of the diode bridge 30 and a ground side 32a of a microcomputer power supply 42c of the switching transformer 32.
