PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of an echo canceller. SOLUTION: The echo canceller is provided with a voice acquisition means, with a comparison voice acquisition means that has the same function as that of the voice acquisition means and placed at a spatially different position from the peace of the voice acquisition means, with an echo canceller means, with a comparison echo canceller means that has the same function as that of the echo canceller means and connected to the comparison voice acquisition means, and with a transmission signal synthesis means that synthesizes an echo elimination signal obtained by the echo canceller means with an echo elimination signal obtained by the comparison echo canceller means depending on the delay time difference to obtain a synthesis transmission signal.
