PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna system where components of the antenna system can be carried in/out of a radome and the components can be lifted up onto an upper part of the antenna system without the need for dismantling the radome and without the need for assembling a crane in the radome. SOLUTION: The antenna system is provided with an antenna 1, a counterweight 2 that balances the antenna 1, a counterweight support structure 3 that connects the antenna 1 to the counterweight 2, a base 4 that supports the antenna 1, the counterweight 2 and the counterweight support structure 3, and a winch 5 provided to the base 4 that hoists a heavy load by means of a wire 6 that is guided by a wire guide means placed to an optional place of either of the counterweight 2, the counterweight support structure 3 and the base 4.
