PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the size of an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with a first circuit board, a second circuit board having a broad section and a tapered section which is tapered to have a width narrower than that of the broad section on one end side, and a connecting means which electrically, mechanically, and directly connects a prescribed portion of the broad section of the second circuit board to the prescribed portion of the first circuit board faced to the prescribed portion of the broad section. The apparatus is also provided with an enclosure case in which the first and second circuit boards connected to each other by means of the connecting means are housed in such a way that only the first circuit board is fixed. Consequently, the housing space of the second circuit board can be reduced significantly by reducing the deflecting amount of the second circuit board which becomes the largest with respect to the first circuit board in a pseudo-executing way, even when the second circuit board is housed in the enclosure case in such a way that the circuit board is rotated around the connecting means in parallel with one surface of the circuit board. Therefore, the size of the electronic apparatus can be reduced further.
