PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To practically surely protect electronic parts contained in an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with a circuit board carrying a grounding conductor pattern formed at a prescribed portion; an enclosure case which has a gap leading to the inside from the outside and houses the circuit board; and a conductive member which is arranged between the circuit board and the internal side face of the enclosure case, takes in the static electricity jumping in the case from the outside through the gap, and makes the static electricity to flow to the conductor pattern of the electrically connected circuit board. Consequently, electronic parts mounted or placed on the circuit board can be prevented from being damaged by the high voltage of the static electricity. Therefore, the electronic parts contained in the apparatus can be protected practically surely.
