PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for lining a radiated light beam that may enhance the strength of the X ray beam. SOLUTION: An apparatus for lining a radiated light beam comprises a front mirror 13 with a reflection surface 18 deformable to make a convex surface, a pair of rolling holders 14, support holder for supporting the rolling holders 14, bending resilient body 16 arranged in the inside of the mirror 13 with both end portions inserted in the rolling holders 14, shifting holder 47 mounted on the bending resilient body 16 so as to move towards or from the front mirror 13, and a spectral element 51 for splitting a beam S reflected by the front mirror 13 to separate X ray beam. The shifting holder 47 is moved to make the reflection surface 18 of the front mirror convex, so as to increase the divergent angle of the radiated light beam S incident on the spectral element 51, and thus the energy width of the electromagnetic wave in the X ray region.
