PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk changer device which is simple in structure, thin in thickness on the whole, and reducible in cost. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a disk holding and storing means 10 having disk holding levers 11, which can hold the peripheral edge of a large- diameter disk 100 or small-diameter disk 200 from both the sides, vertically in stages, a disk holding member driving means 20 which can expand the intervals of the respective disk holding levers 11, and a recording and reproducing means 40 having a turntable 43 engaging a disk center hole 100A or 200A by swinging on a rotary shaft 42, between the expanded disk holding lever 11. Since the disk holding and storing means 10 holds disks, a conventional tray is unnecessary.
