Building component with an S-shaped moulding to form a roof overhang

Described is a building component which has overhang and securing portions. The outer face (14A) of the overhang portion serves as a soffit. The cladding unit is thin walled and S-shaped with three parallel walls (14A, 10A, & 10B). Two of the walls are connected by a lower plate (14B) to form the overhang. The walls (10A & 10B) are connected by an upper plate (11) at their upper edges to form the securing portion.
