摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that the will by organic coupling has not been able to be created because of not only the absence of merged systems with respective sites as apexes but also the distributed existence although a traffic network is bidirectionally spread over the world with each of sites as the center concerning an internet. SOLUTION: The WWW neural information transmission network is constructed by embedding a site notebook (WWW neuron and WWW neural synapse) in the internet site and the problem is solved by a WWW brain creation architecture based on the generation of a new my site notebook (WWW neuron and WWW neural synapse) form this WWW neural information, the construction of a transmission control system for information to be fed back to the existent site notebook (including Web Cherry) and the reaction judging processing artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm for WWW neuron fusion.
