A ceiling air distributing terminal comprises a plenum 2 having outlet nozzles 3 through which conditioned air is directed to a ceiling outlet 5, an inlet 8 for air induced from the room below the ceiling and a conditioned air passage 9 controlled by a valve 10, the air flow through the passage 9 reducing the air flow through the inlet 8. A lighting fixture 7 may be combined with the terminal. In another embodiment, a passage 9 is provided on both sides of the nozzles 3 and is fed with air from a different source than the plenum 2.</p> |
