PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold heat supplying facility, capable of contriving the improvement of a cooling capacity. SOLUTION: A cold heat supplying facility is provided with an evaporator 1 for evaporating refrigerant solution or water, an absorber 2 for absorbing refrigerant vapor evaporated in the evaporator 1 or water vapor, a reproducer reproducing by heating a liquid absorbed the water vapor in the absorber 2, and a condenser condensing the water vapor reproduced in the reproducer. Cold water for supplying cold heat and guided into a heat transfer tube 13 arranged in the evaporator 1 is cooled by the evaporation latent heat of the water vapor. The mixed liquid of water-lithium bromide-lithium iodine is used as the absorbing liquid while water, to which icing relaxation agent or water-soluble glycol is added, is used as the refrigerant liquid.
