PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp an opening and closing condition of an opening and closing valve. SOLUTION: This fluid control valve using an electric motor is provided with a stator 14 having a coil 15, a rotor 16 rotating due to excitation by conducting electricity to the coil, a rotary shaft 18 of the rotor, a bulkhead 23 provided between the stator 14 and the rotor 16, and rotation position detection means 21, 23 of the rotor. Consequently, it is possible to grasp a position of the rotor 16 by the rotation position detection means 21, 23 of the rotor 16 and realize the electric motor operating the rotor 16 under the environment different from that of the stator 14.
