PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor holder surely installed to be brought into tight contact with objects to be measured with different curvatures. SOLUTION: A sensor holder 2 is constructed of a magnet 5 having a substantially V-shaped groove 11 abutting on a steam pipe 1 on the upper face and magnetically attracting the stream pipe 1, a main body 6 provided with a through hole 13 and fixed to the side face of the magnet 5 by means of a bolt 12, a sliding member 7 held in the through hole 13 of the main body 6 slidably, a ultrasonic sensor 8 installed in the sliding member 7, and a coil spring 9 energizing the ultrasonic sensor 8 to the stream pipe 1 via the sliding member 7. As the magnet 5 has the substantially V-shaped groove 11 on the upper face, it can surely attract stream pipes 1 with varied pipe diameters. Because the ultrasonic sensor 8 is held slidably in the through hole 13 of the main body 6 fixed to the side face of the magnet 5 while energized to the stream pipe 1 by means of the coil spring 9 via a sliding member 7, it can be surely brought into tight contact with stream pipes 1 with various diameters. |
