PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a joint connector for joint terminal fitting from deforming. SOLUTION: The joint terminal fitting 22 includes a box-shaped container 27 for containing a plurality of tabs 17 (protruded portions), elastically contacting pieces 28 being provided within the container 27 and contacting elastically the tabs 17. Therefore, the box-shaped container 27 surrounding the contacting pieces 28 can obtain strength higher than elongated tabs. As a result, in case the joint terminal fitting is contained into a box or a bag in separated state from a housing 20, the deformation can be prevented even if there is an impact or hooking by other objects.
