PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that it is troublesome to input an ID each time reproduction is performed when a DVD where hidden data to be reproduced when an ID is inputted is reproduced, in particular, to solve such problem that frequent ID input is needed and troublesome when a DVD changer is used and further that a car DVD audio device may result in unsafety driving. SOLUTION: An ID memory 21 is provided and IDs are previously registered for every DVD from an ID registration part 22 through the Internet, etc. An ID necessary/unnecessary state decision part 5 decides whether or not ID input is needed for read DVD data and when so the identification data of the DVD are sent from a registered ID readout part 20 to the ID memory 21; when the corresponding ID is registered, its data are read out and an ID decision part 23 decides whether or not they match the ID recorded on the DVD. When they match each other, a DCD decoding circuit 6 is enabled to perform a decoding process and the hidden data are outputted.
