PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to clearly hear a voice even if displaying or housing an article with a voice generating function. SOLUTION: In various service offering machines such as an automatic vending machine or a game machine for purchasing merchandise or for capturing gifts by inputting coins or the like, an article displaying part 11 is provided with a condenser microphone 21, and various voices generated by the article are generated from a speaker 20 through the condenser microphone 21 set in the service offering machine to the outside part. Also, the article displaying part 11 is provided with an inside speaker, and the voice of a user is generated through the outside microphone mounted on the machine to the inside part of the article display part. Thus, even if displaying the article reacting to the voice of a human being, a user can clearly hear a voice generated by the article.
