PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector of a lighting appliance capable of spontaneously emitting light in darkness after the lighting appliance is turned off and exhibiting effects of air cleaning, deodorization, sterilization, or the like. SOLUTION: A phosphorescent agent is calcined at a low temperature on a reflector of the lighting appliance. Also, a PTA sol (amorphous titanic acid solution) is calcined at a low temperature on the reflector. Besides, a white ink is applied for a substrate formed into a dark color.
