PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide module in which workability is improved by simplifying working processes. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide module is composed by supporting a ferrule 20 having an optical fiber 22 in the inside by using a grooved part 30 and by being fixed to an optical part 10. The ferrule 20 is formed of ultraviolet transmissive glass. The grooved part 30 is formed of ultraviolet transmissive grass. Also, the groove 30a of the grooved part 30 is formed by machining. The ferrule 20 and the grooved part 30, and the grooved part 30 and the optical part 10 are respectively stuck and fixed by using ultraviolet curing resin.
