<p>A method of preserving natural perishable products by dispersing ozone through a substantially closed room (1) in which natural perishable products are stored. The closed room (1) has a closed circuit air conditioning system (2) which comprise heating, cooling and humidification systems. Further included in the closed room (1) is an ozone generating means (3) which includes a turbine which draws in air through a filter via air entrance (4) and ozone exits the ozone generating means (3) through ozone exit (5). The generation of ozone in the closed room (1) reduces the oxygen inside closed room (1) which lowers the cellular metabolism of both the natural perishable produce and the pathogenic organisms thus preserving the natural perishable products.</p> |
