The device has an internal casing (1) in an outer casing (2), just like a box in another box. The inner casing has devices for the production and treatment of active and burning air. Both the casings are parallepiped and each one has an envelope having doors. Each casing is air-tight. The inner casing has openings allowing air entry or exit, and has three air circuits, a circuit A allowing the supply of hygienical ambient air, a circuit B mixing the ambient air with the air already in the room, and a circuit C allowing the extraction of hot air from the room or equipment. The opening (7) is the inlet of the circuit A, with units for treatment of air e.g. filtering the dust particles (8) in the air, a device for removing air (9) and a heat exchanger (10) using warm water, and a heat exchanger (11) connected to a closed water circuit (12). The opening (13) constitutes the inlet of the circuit B, and also has units for treatment of air, device for removing air (14), a d evice for acoustic correction (15), and device for filtering fine particles (16) in the air, a heat exchanger (17) fed by cold water, a condensate recovery tank (18), and an automatic condensate evacuation pump (19), and vertical device for filtration of the water drops (20), and horizontal device for filtration of the water droplets (21), an exchanger (22) fed by warm water, and an acoustic correction device (23), and fine particular filter (24). A fan (26) fed by a motor (27) is mounted on a common frame (28) fixed on the inner casing by elastic supports (29) and a device for acoustic correction (30) along with a line for distributing the vapour (31).
