PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case structure having simple structure, disusing a seal member or a screw or the like and preventing the tilt of an overhang wall, and the manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The overhang wall 18 is manufactured separately from a structural wall 13, a recessed part 13a and a projecting part 13b are formed on the wall 13, and a projecting part 18a corresponding to the recessed part 13a of the wall 13 and a recessed part 18b corresponding to the projecting part 13b of the wall 13 are formed at the connection end of the wall 18. A projection 18c for welding is formed at the projecting part 18a of the wall 18. In the case of welding the projection, the wall 18 is rotated until the edges of both projecting parts abut on the bottoms of the opposite-side recessed parts with a fulcrum at the contact point of the projecting part 13b of the wall 13 and the recessed part 18b of the wall 18, and fixed while holding an overhang angle as specified in accordance with the height of both projecting parts. |
