PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an entry to a financial account program or household account book program by easily sorting receipts and acknowledgments received as electronic data. SOLUTION: In this system, the receipts and acknowledgments received as electronic data are displayed on a display device and sorted to a job division and a personal division. The sorted receipt data and acknowledgment data are recorded in a main storage device. Besides, data for job use are inserted into the financial account program and data for personal use are inserted into the household account book program. Corresponding to calls from the financial account program and the household account book program, the receipt data and the acknowledgment data recorded in the main storage device can be displayed. |
