PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve external noise from the shield of a shield cable without raising the cost greatly, while realizing miniaturization. SOLUTION: A frame ground terminal 2a of a terminal strip 2, mounted on a signal processing substrate 1, is connected to a shield 5b of a shield cable 5 and a terminal pin 2b thereof is connected to a frame ground layer 9 formed as an inner layer of the signal processing substrate 1 through a through-hole 13. A noise lead-out pattern 4 formed in the front and rear of the signal processing substrate 1 is connected to the frame ground layer 9 through a through-hole 14 and is connected to a metal frame of a control panel 16 through a clip 15. Noise from the shield 5b is rebated through the frame ground layer 9 and the noise lead-out pattern 4 to the outside.
