PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement drawing preparing device for automatically preparing an arrangement drawing by reading a bar code seal pasted on an arrangement piece of furniture or the like and photographing the ceiling just above the furniture at the same time. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a bar code reading means for reading the data on a code seal previously stuck on a piece of furniture, utensil, OA equipment and facility equipment (furniture or the like) such as desk, personal computer, partition, incoming panel and air conditioner located in the room, a photographing means integrated with the bar code reading means for photographing the ceiling just above the furniture or the like simultaneously when reading the data of the stuck bar code seals, and a control/data processing means for controlling this photographing means and the bar code reading means and writing the locating places of the furniture or the like on entire ceiling drawing data, which are prepared by data provided from both these means, in comparison with relevant spots on the entire ceiling drawing data.
