PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic warehouse system for taking a collective sample sealing container and an individual sample sealing container as a management unit and carrying them between a warehouse and a work station by a common carrying means, and a individual sample housing container. SOLUTION: The individual sample housing container 10 having a plurality of vials 24 inserted therein and the collective sample sealing container 16 having a plurality of samples injected thereto are formed in the same outer shape dimension, and properly inserted to each chamber 30b of a storage casing 28. As this storage casing 28, one type is commonly used and handle in the automatic warehouse system.
