PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for updating the three-dimensional data of a building for realizing the cost reduction, efficiency and power saving of an updating work. SOLUTION: A realistic picture is generated, based on an oblique photograph, and a simulation picture foreseen from the same point of view as the realistic picture is generated, based on already existing city three-dimensional data, and the realistic picture and the simulation picture are simultaneously displayed on a screen so as to be contrasted, and the point of difference of the pictures is visually confirmed, and the already existing building three-dimensional data are updated, based on the point of difference.
