PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device of frequency never influenced by an electric signal generated by the pressurization to an electrode and an oscillator. SOLUTION: This device comprises a reference oscillator, a first measuring means for applying an electric signal to one electrode of the reference oscillator and measuring the frequency from the other electrode, a second measuring means for applying an electric signal to the one electrode in the state where the reference oscillator is brought into pressurized contact with oscillator to be measured through the one electrode and measuring the composed frequency of the reference oscillator and the oscillator to be measured from the other electrode, and a means for correcting the frequency of the oscillator to be measured of the measured composed frequency on the basis of the difference between the frequency of the reference oscillator of the measured composed frequency and the frequency of the reference oscillator measured by the first measuring means.
