Use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of medicament for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of shock disorders, wherein: R1 is a straight-chain or branched alkyl group, alkoxy-alkyl, phenyl or phenyl-alkyl in which the phenyl radicals are optionally substituted by one or two halogen atoms; A is a straight-chain or branched alkylene group; and R2 is a straight-chain or branched alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-alkyl, phenyl or phenyl-alkyl.
