METHOD FOR SEALING CONDUCTOR CABLE BUNDLES

The method involves applying a pasty mixture (2) between the cables (1); compacting said cables (1) and the above-mentioned pasty mixture (2); coating the cable bundle with a sheet of plastic material (4) in the area of application (3) of the pasty mixture (2) and placing the cable bundle with the applied pasty mixture (2) in a compacting tool (5) to provoke overall compacting of the assembly. Said pasty mixture (2) is distributed and flows between the cables (1) thereby creating an efficient sealing effect in the cable bundle in a simple and economical manner.
