PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency in the cooling structure of a heating element. SOLUTION: A radiating part 4 incorporated with a fan 3 is fitted detachably to the outer wall of an electronic device 2 to which a high heat generating element 1 is mounted, and the element 1 and the radiating part 4 are thermally connected by a heat transferring part 5.
