PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control latching of selection signal is (T1-Tn) with high reliability even when a sampling speed of a digital/analog converter(DAC) is furthermore increased with respect to data multiplexing in a mixed signal circuit such as the DAC. SOLUTION: The mixed signal circuit includes an analog circuit 14 and digital circuits 100, 200, which are repetitively operated to execute a series of processing cycles. The analog circuit 14 receives a set of digital signals TCK 1-n and is operative in each processing cycle to generate one or more analog signals OUTA, OUTB in response to the received digital signals TCK 1-n. The digital circuits 100, 200 are connected to the analog circuit to apply one set of the digital signals TCK 1-n to the analog circuit 14 in each processing cycle.
