PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device, having the function to effectively calibrate an output of the device itself and deviation and fluctuation in output characteristic which result from individual differences. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device, including a device itself 1 having realized the predetermined circuit functions, is provided with a power supply unit 4 to generate the prescribed internal power source required for operation of the integrated circuit device, by acquiring the electromagnetic wave energy applied from the external circuit via a coil 3. Moreover, there are also provided a calibration data acquisition circuit (arithmetic control unit 5) for obtaining the calibration data of the device body by detecting an output of the device itself under the predetermined operating environment and a non-volatile memory 6 for storing such calibration data. Using the calibration data obtained with the nonvolatile memory, an output of the device itself 1, while the integrated circuit device is being operated is compensated (calibrated).
