PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic component of high reliability in which electrical characteristics are not deteriorated. SOLUTION: A lamination 20 contains a magnetic material laminated part 25 having an inductor within and a dielectric material laminated part 37 having an capacitor therein. A cavity 30 is formed at a joining part between the magnetic material laminated part 25 and the dielectric material laminated part 37. The cavity 30 is formed in such a way that a cavity forming paste material of resin or carbon, etc., is pattern-printed on the surface of a ceramic sheet in the size corresponding to the cavity 30, and that it is burnt down by the heat generated when the lamination 20 is collectively baked.
