The use of an ScFv Ab (ScFv Ab) capable of recognising a disease associated molecule (DAM) in the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention and/or treatment of a disease condition associated with a DAM is described. The ScF v Ab has therapeutic, diagnostic and prognostic applications.
