PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition, a crosslinking rubber composition and a crosslinked product thereof having low surface frictional resistance and low volume resistivity, excellent in ozone resistance and mechanical properties, having water absorptivity and water swelling characteristics and having a property exhibiting low contact angle of water on the surface thereof. SOLUTION: This rubber composition comprises (A) 25-95 wt.% of polyether- based polymer containing 70-99 mol% of ethylene oxide unit, 1-30 mol% of other oxysilane monomer unit than the ethylene oxide and <=15 mol% of a crosslinking oxysilane monomer unit and having 20-200 Mooney viscosity and (B) 5-75 wt.% of an unsaturated rubber. The crosslinking rubber composition and the crosslinked product thereof comprise the rubber composition.
