PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure of a truck that improves appearance by covering a joint surface with a garnish and can improve workability because a design surface flush with a door is not required to be formed at the rear end of a door opening by a drawing of a panel. SOLUTION: In the car body structure of the truck in which the design surface flush with a door is formed at the rear end of a door opening provided in a cabin 2 of a truck, the garnish 13 is mounted to a rear end 8b of the door opening provided in the cabin 2 to form the design surface 13b.
