The arrangement for a light-emitting balloon involves the projection of an image on the inner wall of the balloon. It involves a balloon holder (1) comprising at least one inflation device (2,2a,3), a groove (4) clamped around the edge of the balloon (9a) and a lamp (5) over which a projection cap (7) can be pushed in order to project an image on the inner wall of the balloon. At the front is a battery holder to which the balloon holder is connected and in which a switch (11) is provided for switching the lamp on and off. The battery holder is fitted on a stand (12).
