<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot-type fluid applying device which prevents the transfer and falling of a residual coating film on a coating film face from occurring by controlling the residue of a resist coating film to the side face part of a coating head, in a slot-type coating device equipped with a slot part in a coating head part, and also provide a method for manufacturing a color filter which is capable of controlling the transfer and falling of the residual coating film on the coating film face. SOLUTION: This slot-type coating device is characterized in that it has a mechanism for controlling the coating amount of a coating fluid in a coating head part.</p> |
