摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an image with an initial fluorescence by knowing the timing of the start of the fluorescence. SOLUTION: The imaging mode memorized in the mode control section 17 is switched into fluorescence ready mode when fluorescence imaging mode is set with imaging mode-setting switch. The mode control section 17 indicates video switcher 11 to switch input signal into the signal from the recording CCD camera 10, make the gain indication section 18 maximum gain and minimize light volume for a strobe charge module 19. After intravenous injection of a fluorescence agent, fluorescence timer is started and counting of the elapsed time is displayed. The fundus image signal is output into an image processing section 15 and memorized in the memory after transformed to digital image. Image processing is performed on the image in the memory to decide whether it is an angiographic image. If the number of connected image elements exceeds preset value and generation of fluorescence is confirmed, the fact is transmitted to the mode control section 17 and the imaging mode memorized in the mode control section 17 is switched to execution mode for fluorescence imaging.
