PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition of a polycarbonate resin and an ABS resin, excellent in thermal stability at high temperature, and impact resistance, and prevented from thermal discoloration. SOLUTION: This composition of the polycarbonate resin and the ABS resin is obtained by mixing (I) 20-90 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin and (II) 80-10 pts.wt. ABS-based resin, and the ABS-based resin is obtained by carrying out the radical polymerization of 2-50 wt.% partially hydrogenated conjugate dienic rubber having (1) 5-85 mol% hydrogenated conjugate diene unit in the conjugate diene unit in the conjugate dienic rubber, providing (2) 5 wt.% styrene solution having 5-300 cP viscosity at 25 deg.C, having (3) <=4.0 ratio of a weight average molecular weight to a number average molecular weight measured by a GPC, and having (4) 20-200 Mooney viscosity ML1+4 (100 deg.C), and 50-98 pts.wt. mixture of an aromatic vinyl monomer with a monomer consisting essentially of vinyl cyanide by a bulk polymerization method, a bulk-suspension polymerization method or a solution polymerization method.
