PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin-predominant resin composition having high melt tension, excellent in thermoformability, and good in the appearance of the molded products therefrom as well. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-predominant resin composition is obtained by compounding (a) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin with (b) 0.01-20 pts.wt. of a branched polymer composition prepared by copolymerization between (b-1) 100 pts.wt. of a monomer component containing >=50 wt.% of a 5-30C alkyl (meth)acrylate and (b-2) 0.001-0.1 pt.wt. of an allyl group-bearing branched monomer.
