PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and compact spreader which can easily be handled and does not occupy much storage space. SOLUTION: This spreader is equipped with a carrying belt 20 to be fastened to a body, a sheet bag 10 which is suspended from a hook part attached to the belt 20 and filled with an agent to be spread and a spreading nozzle 70 connected to a discharge opening formed in the suspended sheet bag 30. Because a weighty metal frame whose mechanism needs to be unavoidably large-scaled is not present, the whole spreader is lightweight and compact. In addition, if the sheet bag 30 can be disposed of and only the belt 20 and the spreading nozzle 70 are necessary to be put again in storage if the sheet bag 30 is made as a disposable one containing the agent to be exhausted in its single supplication. Thus, the problem of its storage space is rarely encountered as compared with the case with a conventional device.
