PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine capable of being used as an antitumor agent owing to having excellent in vivo cytotoxicity and effect on cell periods. SOLUTION: The subject compound is expressed by formula (I) [R1 and R2 are each a group expressed by the formula U-V (U is a single bond or the like; V is H or the like); G is O or the like; X is H or the like; Y is H or the like; X1 is H or the like; Y1 is H or the like; R4 and R5 are each H or the like; R6 is a group expressed by the formula -U1-R4 (U1 is a single bond or the like)], its isomer or its addition salt added with a pharmaceutically allowable acid or base. A method for production thereof and a medicinal composition containing the same are also provided.
