PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve diagnostic capability for discriminating tissue properties by changing setting conditions corresponding to the diagnosed site in biological tissue in fluorescence detection equipment. SOLUTION: In a fluorescence detection equipment comprising a light source section 100 that irradiates excited light with different wavelength on a biological tissue 1, image intake section 300 that detects each different wavelength band of fluorescence generated from the biological tissue 1, and computing section 400 that performs calculation based on the intensity of fluorescence for each different wavelength band, setting conditions of at least any one of the light source 100, image intake section 300 or computing section 400 are variable according to the diagnosed site of the biological tissue 1.
