PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disengaging to hold its position by sliding a position adjusting nut threadedly engaged with a mounting bolt to an optional position. SOLUTION: Half-divided wedge members 5 are stored in a recess part 4 of the position adjusting nut 1 to be capable of vertical moving, and are pressed by a spring 11. When the position adjusting nut 1 is inserted to the mounting bolt 2, the wedge members 5 are moved to an outer peripheral direction against the spring 11, whereby each screw part 7 of each of the wedge members 5 is disengaged from the mounting bolt 2, to allow movement of the position adjusting nut 1. On the other hand, a movement in a pulling out direction is prevented by the position adjusting nut 1 such that each of the wedge members 5 is pulled and returned by the spring 11, and each of the screw parts 7 of each of the wedge members 5, 5 is threadedly engaged with the mounting bolt 2.
