PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely extract engine oil of a high temperature without sticking on a worker at the time of extraction, surely prevent accidents such as oil leakage caused by the failure or unfastening of a packing of a drain bolt, and position a tip end part of a suction pipe on a bottom surface of an oil pan even if there is an oil strainer in the vicinity of an extension line of an oil level gauge inserting hole. SOLUTION: An extracting device for the engine oil is composed of the suction pipe whose tip end part is positioned on the bottom surface of the oil pan while inserting into the oil level gauge inserting hole, a suction pump for sucking oil through a connecting pipe connected to the suction pipe, an oil storing tank for storing oil which is disposed upstream or downstream the suction pump, and a suction pipe bending mechanism for bending the tip end part of the suction pipe by operating an operating piece attached to the suction pipe.
